GOD’S MODULATED MIRACLES — GLOBAL ARBITRATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY

This Global Arbitration & Dispute Resolution Policy (“Policy”) governs how all users, customers, participants, clients, and recipients (“Users”) of any God’s Modulated Miracles free or paid products, programs, services, and initiatives (“Services”) must resolve any legal claims, disputes, or controversies with God’s Modulated Miracles (“GMM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
BY ACCESSING, USING, REGISTERING FOR, PURCHASING, OR PARTICIPATING IN ANY GMM SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS POLICY. THIS IS THE EXCLUSIVE METHOD FOR SEEKING RELIEF AND YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SUE GMM IN COURT, INCLUDING CLASS ACTIONS AND JURY TRIALS, EXCEPT AS ALLOWED BELOW.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to all disputes arising out of or relating to:

Any GMM Service;

Any GMM initiative, program, or product (free or paid);

Any interaction or communication with GMM representatives;
-
Any contract, agreement, or relationship with GMM.
This Policy applies globally, regardless of your country of residence.
2. Mandatory Notice of Dispute (Required Before Arbitration)
Before beginning arbitration, the User must send GMM a formal Notice of Dispute.
2.1 What the Notice of Dispute Must Contain
The Notice must include:

Your full legal name

Your mailing address

Your email address associated with your GMM account

A detailed description of the issue
-
The specific relief or compensation you are requesting

All documents or evidence supporting your claim
2.2 How to Send the Notice
You must send the Notice to four different emails listed:

3. GMM Response & Settlement Periods
3.1 120-Day Response Period
After receiving your Notice of Dispute, GMM has 120 days to:

Review your claim

Request clarification
-
Attempt a negotiation
-
Issue a formal written response
No arbitration may begin during this 120-day period.
3.2 Mandatory 60-Day Resolution Window
After GMM issues its written response, the parties enter a mandatory 60-day resolution period to attempt settlement.
Both parties must act in good faith.
3.3 When Arbitration Can Begin
Arbitration may begin only if:

120 days pass without a GMM response, or
-
60 days pass after the written response with no settlement.
Total required time before arbitration begins: up to 180 days.
4. Arbitration Requirement (Global)
If a dispute is not resolved through the Notice and Settlement process described above, it must be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration.
4.1 No Court Litigation
By agreeing to this Policy, you:

Waive the right to sue GMM in any civil court

Waive class actions and class arbitration
-
Waive jury trials
Except where such waivers are prohibited by law.
4.2 Governing Arbitration Rules
Arbitration will be administered by a reputable global arbitration provider, such as:

AAA (American Arbitration Association)

JAMS Global Arbitration Rules
-
ICC International Court of Arbitration
The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve:

The scope of this Policy
-
The enforceability of this Policy
-
Any substantive dispute between you and GMM
4.3 Location or Virtual Arbitration
Arbitration shall be conducted:

Virtually via video conference, or
-
At a mutually agreed neutral location
This protects global accessibility.
4.4 Relief Available in Arbitration
The arbitrator may award:

Monetary damages
-
Individual restitution
-
Declaratory relief
The arbitrator may not award punitive damages unless required by law.
5. Process for Initiating Arbitration
If the required 180-day settlement timeline has expired, the User may file for arbitration by:
STEP 1:
Prepare a Demand for Arbitration including:

Your name and contact information
-
A copy of your Notice of Dispute
-
Proof of certified mail delivery
-
A statement verifying the 180-day window has passed
-
Your requested relief
STEP 2:
File the Demand with your chosen arbitration provider (AAA, JAMS, ICC, etc.).
STEP 3:
Send a copy of the Demand to GMM via email and certified mail.
STEP 4:
The arbitration provider will assign an arbitrator and schedule the hearing.
6. Exclusivity of This Process
This Policy establishes the sole and exclusive method for resolving disputes with GMM.
Users agree:

Not to file lawsuits in any court

Not to participate in class actions or joint claims
-
Not to bypass this Policy
Except where local law prohibits mandatory arbitration.
Any lawsuit filed in violation of this Policy must be immediately dismissed.
7. Global Enforcement
This Arbitration Policy is intended to be enforceable:

In all jurisdictions
-
Under international arbitration conventions
-
Against all GMM participants, users, customers, and recipients
If any part is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.

By accessing or using any GMM Service—including free offerings—you agree to:

ADDED SECTION — COVERAGE OF ALL CREATIONS OF MARITHEPROPHET
9. Coverage of All Creations, Brands, and Initiatives Founded by MaritheProphet
This Arbitration & Dispute Resolution Policy applies not only to “God’s Modulated Miracles” (“GMM”) as an organization, but also to all current and future creations, entities, brands, services, programs, products, ministries, initiatives, platforms, or ventures created, established, developed, directed, or founded by MaritheProphet, whether free or paid, including but not limited to:

Any legally recognized entity created by or affiliated with MaritheProphet

Any digital platforms, online communities, mobile apps, websites, or communication channels
-
Any educational, spiritual, developmental, or transformational programs
-
Any ministries, outreach initiatives, charitable programs, or humanitarian assistance programs
-
Any memberships, subscriptions, coaching, mentoring, or training offerings
-
Any global, national, or local initiatives that operate under or in affiliation with MaritheProphet
-
Any future organizations, companies, ventures, or subsidiaries created by or under MaritheProphet’s leadership
-
(Collectively, the “GMM Global Network.”)
By accessing, using, participating in, registering for, or receiving any benefit from any component of the GMM Global Network, you agree that this Arbitration Policy governs all disputes related to any such creation or entity.
This includes:

Disputes with the parent organization
-
Disputes with any affiliate, division, or program
-
Disputes with any successor organization
-
Disputes arising from past, present, or future initiatives
