God’s Modulated Miracles 

 

Global Notice of Dispute and Arbitration Policy  

 

Effective Date: 12/28/2025 

 

1. Purpose 

 

This Policy provides a universal and binding procedure for resolving all disputes, claims, or disagreements involving God’s Modulated Miracles (“Company”) and any individual performing work, services, volunteering, or holding any role etc. (hereafter “Participant”), including: 

• Employees (full-time, part-time, temporary, contractors, managers, consultants, appointees) 

• Volunteers of any kind, including those working at food pantries, charitable initiatives, or other Company-sponsored programs 

• Individuals interacting directly or indirectly with the Founder (“Maritheprophet”) or any co-founders/co-creators 

• Or any project entity, business that marry, the profit has created in the past as well, whether you were paid in monetary value, or free items, or publicity, etc. 

• All current, past, and future business ventures, projects, branches, or affiliated entities of the Company 

 

The purpose is to ensure fair, consistent, and efficient resolution of disputes while protecting the operations, profits, intellectual property, and proprietary interests of the Company, Founder, and co-creators. 

 

2. Scope 

This Policy applies globally and universally to all Participants, regardless of status, location, or type of involvement, and covers: 

• Work-related or volunteer-related disputes, compensation, profit allocation, or operational matters 

• Interactions with the Maritheprophet , Founder, or co-creators 

• Any claim or dispute arising from current, past, or future ventures, branches, projects, or creations of God’s Modulated Miracles or related entities 

 

3. Notice Requirement 

1. Any Participant with a dispute must provide written notice to the Company before pursuing arbitration or legal action.

1. Notice must include: 

• Nature of the dispute 

• Relevant dates and facts 

• Desired resolution 

• Any evidence or proof that you have to prove your claim or dispute  

1. The Company will respond in writing within 190 calendar days of receiving the notice. 

 

4. Informal Resolution 

• Participants and the Company must attempt informal resolution for 120 calendar days after notice. 

• Informal resolution may include discussion, mediation, or other cooperative methods. 

• If unresolved, disputes proceed to binding arbitration. 

 

5. Arbitration 

1. Binding Arbitration: All disputes not resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration, and the Participant agrees not to pursue such disputes in court except as required by law. 

1. Arbitration Scope: Includes all claims arising from participation, work, volunteering, compensation, profits, operations, interactions with the MaritheProphet, Founder, or co-creators, and any venture, branch, or creation of God’s Modulated Miracles, whether past, present, or future.  

1. Governing Rules: Arbitration conducted under American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator. 

1. Location: [City, State, or as designated by the Company] 

1. Costs: Company covers reasonable arbitration costs; each party bears its own attorney fees unless otherwise required by law. 

1. Finality: The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding, with limited judicial review only as allowed by law. 

 

6. Legal Rights and Exceptions 

• This Policy does not waive statutory rights that cannot legally be waived, including: 

• Workers’ compensation 

• Unemployment insurance 

• Certain whistleblower protections 

• Participants are encouraged to seek legal counsel before agreeing to arbitration. 

 

1. Acknowledgment 

By choosing to participate in any capacity with God’s Modulated Miracles—whether as an employee, contractor, volunteer, manager, or appointee etc.—you acknowledge and agree that you are bound by the terms of this Notice of Dispute and Arbitration Policy. Your decision to work, serve, or volunteer constitutes acceptance of this Policy, regardless of whether you have read or reviewed it in full. 

 

This binding agreement applies to all disputes, claims, or disagreements arising from your participation, interactions with the Founder (“MaritheProphet”) or co-creators, and involvement with any past, present, or future ventures, branches, projects, or creations of God’s Modulated Miracles. By continuing your engagement with the Company, you waive any right to contest your acceptance of this Policy, and you agree that notice, dispute resolution, and arbitration procedures outlined herein shall govern any applicable claims.
